Shaker Technology protein machine is a masterpiece and a new way to introduce sport nutritional supplements. For two years we have been cooperating with the Shaker Tech team exclusively for Poland. We also have experience in cooperation with other companies from outside Poland, e.g. from Italy. We highly appreciate the professionalism of the friendship with Shaker Tech - communication, assistance provided, professionalism are at the highest level. Their machines, in turn, are very useful, modern, functional and look good - they are gaining more and more interest from customers in Poland despite the Covid pandemic, which makes business operations much more difficult. Shaker machine was installed very easily and quickly. During construction and operation itself, there were no disruptions, nor other facts became known that did not meet the needs of us and our customers. Not only the product but also the service on the part of the company was excellent, so adjustments to the UI for one of our customer took less than a week to implement. What has to be particularly emphasized here is that the team in Russia was able to switch to the machines without much effort after confirming our side and was able to take over diagnosis and control from a distance. It was also possible to connect to various common payment systems via the MDB interface without major expenditure. Finally, it should be mentioned that the shakes that the machine dispenses have been excellently mixed with the water, no lumps were found in the finished drink with any of the ones we tried.
